East Chop Sleep Shop wants you to be comfortably satisfied with your new bedding purchase. Within 21 days from delivery of your mattress set you may choose to make a ONE TIME ONLY comfort exchange for the same size bed. You will have 7 more days to re-choose and take delivery of your mattress reselection under the following conditions:

1. Applies only to Queen & King sets where the queen set is priced at $999 or higher at our everyday price that is competitive with off-island store prices on similar products.
2. Purchase of waterproof, stainproof, and dust mite proof Bed Armor Mattress Protector is mandatory for comfort guarantee to be valid.
3. Applies only to purchase of sets unless the mattress is used on a platform bed.
4. Foundations are not returnable unless defective.
5. Adjustable bases are not returnable.
6. Applies ONLY to in-store purchases and only when both sleep partners (if applicable) have participated in the selection process.
7. Offer does not apply to TempurPedic products.

1. You will receive a merchandise credit for 80% of your original purchase which can be applied to a ONE TIME ONLY reselection. The 20% difference covers handling and transportation costs back to the manufacturer.
2. The customer  pays the difference between the reselection and the original bed, plus a $50 re-delivery fee and sales tax.
3. No full or partial refunds.
4. The original bed must be sanitary, free of tears, burns, odors, smoke, or pet hair.
5. This offer becomes null and void if, upon redelivery, our staff finds the original bed in an unsanitary condition. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Special orders, discontinued models, floor samples, mismatched sets, scratch and dent sets or discounted  sets sold below our everyday low price are exempt from this offer since the primary motivation to purchase these items is driven by price, not comfort.
